Arizona Cactus Botanical Garden
located in Bisbee, Arizona

This garden is currently closed.

Arizona Cactus Botanical Garden has been closed for several years after David Eppele passed away in 2005. It was originally a high desert cactus and plant botanical garden that featured flora from all the desert areas of the Americas. There were greenhouses for specific plants, but the majority were actually meant to receive little or no water and be a model of self-sustainable gardens for harsher climates. At its height there were over 800 different types of plant life representing the high deserts.
