Fuller Gardens
located in North Hampton, New Hampshire

This small rose-centric estate is nevertheless a very beautiful turn of the century garden to visit. Originally commissioned by Alvan Fuller, the garden has undergone numerous redesigns, but has in general stayed true to its original roots, largely due to the efforts Fuller Foundation and other supporters.

The 2.5 acre gardens are designed in the "Colonial Revival" style and are notable for a All-America Rose Selections garden displaying over 2000 rose bushes. Other areas of interest to visitors are the tulip display starting in spring, various perennials (including formal English borders), the Japanese Garden (with Rhododendrons, Azaleas, and Wisteria), a Hosta garden, a desert conservatory, statues, fountains and a wildflower trail.

Because of the size of the gardens, they only accomodate small garden wedding ceremonies, however you should contact them first to see if your party size is manageable.
