Green Bay Botanical Gardens
located in Green Bay, Wisconsin

This up-and-coming 46 acre Botanical garden in Green Bay was only opened to the public in 1996. The visitor center spans 8000 sq. feet. Many of the garden's plants are representative of Northeast Wisconsin and were selected for their ability to survive in its ever-changing climate.

Some of the formal gardens and other features include a Four Seasons garden, American Perennial garden (Agnes Schneider Terrace), Vanderperren English Cottage Garden, two different Rose Gardens, the Thome fountain, a Color and Foliage garden and a Woodland Garden. A special Memorial Grove is centered around a steel infinity symbol supported by seven pillars and provides a place to contemplate lost loved ones. There is also a children's garden with displays including an Einstein Garden, Butterfly Garden, Peter Rabbit Garden, Dragon Fly Bridge, and a Frog Bridge. The garden also hosts school tours, educational classes and workshops.

The Gardens have three locations available for weddings: Kaftan Lusthaus (indoors, 50 guests), the Woodland Garden (150 guests) and the Kress Oval Garden (150 guests). Some of these facilities are also available for rental for other events.
