Memphis Botanic Garden
located in Memphis, Tennessee 

These botanic gardens are actually located right in Audubon Park in Memphis. Although they have been in development since the 50s, they were named the Memphis Botanical Gardens in 1966. There are a great variety of different gardens, formal and not, and new areas are always in the planning stages.

Some of the different gardens include: a butterfly garden, cactus garden, conifer, Daylily garden, 4 seasons garden and herb garden. They also have a Japanese Garden of Tranquility and Maple Grove, Azalea and Hydrangea areas, a Hyde and Seek Prehistoric Plant Trail, Water Garden, Sculpture Garden and Dogwood and Magnolia trails. The Rose Garden features 75 varieties and over 4000 plants. The W.C. Paul Arboretum is located on the grounds and the Conservatory boasts a large collection of exotic plants.

They do make parts of the facility available for weddings and other events, but you need to call them for further details.
