Oklahoma Botanical Garden and Arboretum
located in Stillwater, Oklahoma 

This is actually the headquarters of a statewide arboretum system for Oklahoma. It is just off the campus of OSU and covers a total of over 100 acres. There are 1000 different types of herbaceous / woody flora within the gardens. Special areas include a Water Garden, Rock Garden, Wildscape Garden, and Japanese Garden.

There is a large research area nursery that spans 60 acres and a turf research area that spans 37 acres. There is also a "Centennial Grove" with labeled native and non-native trees. Yearly, they switch out different themed gardens to keep things interesting.
