Ralph Cole Arboretum
located in Rapid City, South Dakota 

Located just east of Sioux Park, the Ralph Cole Arboretum contains a number of different types of native and non-native shrubs and trees that visitors can enjoy. It was established in 1979 and named after resident Ralph Cole who worked for the Soil Conservation Service and was instrumental in helping reorganize the devastated areas from the 1972 flood.
