Roger Williams Park Gardens

Within the wonderful Roger Williams Park are various sites for garden lovers, in particular the Charles H. Smith Greenhouses which house a great selection of plants and flowers. In addition to the greenhouses there is also a Japanese Garden and Rose garden (currently in ongoing rennovation) to visit. The park itself has wonderful walks and waterways. The city is also planning on creating a separate area called the Roger Williams Park Botanical Gardens to further horticultural education and serve as a lush garden retreat for the public. The area also contains a zoo, casino, bandstand and other attractions.
